There’s something magical about the imagination of childhood—especially when it meets the mystery of an old ghost town. I recently had the joy of photographing a little girl in the most enchanting witch costume during a creative children’s portrait session in Grafton, Utah, just outside of St. George.

Grafton Ghost Town, with its weathered pioneer buildings and hauntingly beautiful backdrop, was the perfect setting for this whimsical Halloween-inspired photoshoot. Dressed in a pointy hat, classic black dress, and striped stockings, this little witch brought the perfect mix of spooky and sweet to our fall portrait session.
