The Emerald Princess | Dreamy Children’s Portraits in St. George, Utah

There’s something magical about seeing a child step into a character of their own imagination—and that’s exactly what happened in this dreamy Imagine Session.

Whimsy, wonder, and a touch of royalty—this session had it all. As a children’s photographer based in St. George, Utah, one of my favorite things is helping kids step into a world of imagination through my signature Imagine Sessions—custom-themed photo experiences that bring your child’s dreams to life.

For this session, I created a full princess look from scratch. The gown, which I designed and sewed by hand, features deep emerald green fabric, elegant gold trim, and delicate beaded embroidery—fit for royalty! My little model, with her long golden curls and glowing smile, crowned herself The Emerald Princess, and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect.

A Fairytale Session at a Castle-Like Amphitheater

We chose a stunning location, while out of town, that felt straight out of a storybook—a castle-inspired amphitheater in Provo Utah, with towering stone walls and dramatic staircases that made the perfect backdrop for our medieval fantasy theme. The trees softened the light , and each photo looks like it belongs in a fairytale.
