Natural & Playful Posing
The Imagination of Children is amazing and beautiful. My goal is to capture magical images with traditional and playful posing. I use props to help encourage natural play mixed with fun and silly prompts to capture genuine reactions and smiles.
No need to worry wheather or not your children will cooperate for photos. They likely will not even notice because they will be having fun.
Cinematic Light & Deep Colors
I love light! It has to be one of my favorite things about photography. I use both natural light and off camera flashes (ocf). The combination of the two is by far my favorite. The colors naturally pop more when done together giving an epic cinematic look to the images. Natural light is always a good go to and gives a light and earthy look. Both beautiful.
I will choose the best lighting scenario bast off of location and wardrobe color.
My edits are deep and rich and true to color. So if you wear light pastels and go to a location with a light background the photos will naturally reflect with a lighter tone apposed to darker shades with a deeper colored background.
What To Wear
Knowing what to wear and how to coordinate can be a daunting task. I’m here to help you through every step of the way from color and pattern choices to types of clothing that work best for each location and the feel you want for your photos.
The colors you pick are just as important as the types of clothing worn. Each will have a different feel. From dressy to casual. Together we will find the perfect fit for your session.
For the children’s session fun costumes, favorite dress up clothing can add a fun detail and show their personality. We will coordinate together to insure it floes together with other elements in the photos.
About Imagine Children Portrait Session
I will send you a list of locations before your session to choose from. Locations are based on the light, the coloring, and the accessibility.
I will help guide you with what colors are the best for the chosen location. I am able to help with any wardrobe questions at anytime.
Your session will be 60 minutes long, which is the perfect amount of time to get a lovely combination of poses and candid moments throughout the session.
You'll receive the edited images though an online gallery with the options to add on an heirloom quality album with your favorite images and professional quality pints for your home. (additional cost for album and prints)
Pets are always welcome to join in on the session too.
